The ROC Financial is a PHP Agency.  Based out of the Sugar Land, Texas area and growing nationwide, we have used the PHP Agency platform to grow, which is a financial services marketing company started in 2009 with humble origins and a grand vision. Our Founder, Patrick Bet-David, set out to change an elitist financial services industry and in doing so, open the American dream of business ownership to everyone, regardless of their country of origin, education, or previous career experience.   

We proudly represent PHP Agency in helping bring to fruition its mission of "Saving America by doing the impossible by bringing hope and financial literacy to families!"  PHP Agency started with 66 agents and has grown to over 45,000 licensed agents with over 200 offices around the country and Puerto Rico.  We will continue to expand The ROC Financial using this platform to grow into new territories across the country.
